eScrip Program

eScrip is a resource for fundraising in which participating businesses contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of your choice.

Here’s How It Works

You register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program.
Participating merchants will make contributions to your chose groups, based on purchases made by you, just by using the card you have registered.
If you like to shop online, go to the eScrip Online Mall first to see if your retailer participates in the eScrip program. If you go to the website of the retailer through the eScrip Online Mall and pay with a registered credit card, your purchase will earn credits. Some examples of participating retailers: Walmart.com, Land’s End, Eddie Bauer, Vitacost.com and more.
Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on behalf of the Booster organization!
You may want to investigate the eScrip Credit Card to boost the contributions going to your child’s band account. At the end of the year, eScrip will total all of your purchases and the earnings (on a sliding scale of .5% - 2%) will be sent to the Boosters. It's a powerful fundraising alternative that helps suport Band and pageantry that involves no selling!

How to Register

It’s that time again!!

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION FOR THE NEW TERM BEGINS ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2011.

There is no pre-registration! This means that you cannot register for the new term until September 1, 2011 or after.

All of your members who are currently enrolled in the Ralphs Community Contribution Program will remain active until August 31, 2011.
Participants will be required to register or re-register for the new term at www.Ralphs.com or by using the scanbar letter at the register starting September 1, 2011.
If you received a scanbar letter last year, it is still good and can be used this year.
Even if your participants registered as recently as June or July 2011, they will be required to register again, on or after September 1, 2011.
Your organization does NOT need to re-register, only your participants.
This notice does not apply to participants of the Food 4 Less/Foods Co Community Rewards program.

SPECIAL OFFER FOR SCHOOLS ONLY!

As a valued member of the Ralphs Community Contributions Program, your school can earn extra funds!

In conjunction with the new California State law that mandates the Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Vaccine, also known as Tdap, for all students entering 7th through 12th grade* in the 2011-2012 school year, Ralphs Pharmacies are offering schools an opportunity to earn a $5 donation for each student that receives the Tdap shot at one of our 90 pharmacies throughout Southern California. Please visit our website at www.ralphs.com to locate the pharmacy near you. The vaccine is covered by many insurance companies so stop by and talk to your Ralphs Pharmacist today.

Participation in this offer is easy. Parents simply take their student(s) to their local Ralphs Pharmacy and say they are there for the Tdap shot. They will need to provide the name of the school in order for the school to earn the $5 donation.
