It’s that time again!!

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION FOR THE NEW TERM BEGINS
ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2010.

There is no pre-registration! This means that you cannot register for the new term until September 1, 2010 or after.

All of your members who are currently enrolled in the Ralphs Community Contribution Program will remain active until August 31, 2010.
Participants will be required to register or re-register for the new term at www.Ralphs.com or by using the scanbar letter at the register startingSeptember 1, 2010.
The scanbar letter you received last year applies to this year as well.
Even if your participants registered as recently as June or July 2010, they will be required to register again, on or after September 1, 2010.
Your organization does NOT need to re-register, only your participants.
This notice does not apply to participants of the Food 4 Less/Foods Co Community Rewards program.

Ralph’s Community Partners----It’s SO EASY!!!

Ralph’s will donate a percentage of your purchases to the Vista High School Band and Pageantry Boosters. You need only register your Preferred Card on their website and we will start earning money for the boosters.
You will need your preferred card to do this.
Visit www.ralphs.com to register online.
Click on Sign In/Register. If you haven’t used Ralph’s online services, you will need to register online as a New Customer. Click on the SIGN UP TODAY icon
Sign up for a Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, enter your card number and personal information, agreeing to the terms and conditions then click on 'Complete Registration'.
You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input Vista High School Band Boosters’ NPO number 91900, click search, select your organization and save changes. 
Every time you use your Ralph’s rewards card you will help the VHS Band Boosters.
Thank you for your support. Please ask family and friends if they would like to support the Band Boosters. All they need to do is register their cards and select our Non Profit Organization (NPO).
